Beartooth’s lead singer, Caleb Shomo, recently tagged producer Jordan Fish in an Instagram Story, sparking excitement about a possible new release. Fish, who previously played keyboards for Bring Me the Horizon, collaborated with Beartooth on their latest album, *The Surface*, which was released in 2023. This album produced two hit singles, “I Was Alive” and “Might Love Myself,” both of which topped the charts.
Jordan Fish is known for crafting sounds for various rock and metal bands, while Shomo is the primary songwriter for Beartooth. He founded the band in 2012 while still a member of Attack Attack!. This year, Beartooth toured with Shinedown on the Dance, Kid, Dance tour and also performed at the Summer of Loud festival alongside Killswitch Engage, I Prevail, and Parkway Drive.
Looking ahead, Beartooth will hit the road in 2026 with Bad Omens for a tour, although specific dates and locations have yet to be announced. On Facebook, the band expressed their excitement about the upcoming Do You Feel Love tour, which will also feature the band PRESIDENT.
*The Surface* is Beartooth’s fifth studio album, following 2021’s *Below*, which also achieved multiple hits on the Billboard Mainstream Rock charts. Since their debut album, *Disgusting*, in 2014, Beartooth has made a significant mark in the metalcore scene.
Shomo’s recent Instagram post is the first indication that he and the band are considering new music since *The Surface* was released two years ago. Fans are eager to see what’s next for Beartooth!
