Billie Eilish Covers The Beatles’ ‘Yesterday’ At The Academy Awards

Billie Eilish and her brother and collaborator Finneas O’Connell took to the stage during the 92nd Academy Awards to sing “Yesterday” by the Beatles. During their performance, the pair paid tribute to artists and members of the entertainment industry who have recently passed away. Among those recognized were Kobe Bryant, Rip Torn, Diahann Caroll, Peter Fonda, John Singleton, and Kirk Douglas.

Director and producer Steven Spielberg introduced Billie Eilish and Finneas to the audience.

This was Billie and Finneas’ first appearance during an Academy Awards show. The siblings have also recorded the upcoming theme song for James Bond: No Time To Die. That film will be in theaters on April 10.
