Billy Idol is hitting the road this summer for the next leg of his world tour, “It’s A Nice Day To…Tour Again!” This tour has already seen him sell out venues across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. The tour kicks off on August 7 at The Pavilion at Montage Mountain in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
Tickets go on sale starting with a Citi presale on April 8 at noon local time, followed by an artist presale at 2:00 PM. More presales will take place throughout the week, with general sales starting on April 10 at noon local time.
In addition to the tour, Idol will have a week-long residency at Fontainebleau in Las Vegas from August 28 to September 5, called “Hot In The City: Las Vegas.” His live performances have received rave reviews, with critics praising his energy and stage presence.
A new documentary titled “Billy Idol Should Be Dead,” directed by Jonas Åkerlund, is now streaming on Hulu. It explores Idol’s life and career through interviews and archival footage. Idol is also a nominee for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s Class of 2026, with the announcement coming soon.
His first full-length album in over a decade, “Dream Into It,” is out now on Dark Horse Records. The album has made a strong impact, reaching No. 7 on the U.S. Top Albums Chart and featuring contributions from his longtime collaborator Steve Stevens, as well as guest appearances from Avril Lavigne, Joan Jett, and Alison Mosshart.
