Billy Morrison, the guitarist for Billy Idol, has released the music video for his new single "Becoming." This track features Godsmack's Sully Erna and Nuno Bettencourt from Extreme. The video shows the three musicians performing together in heavy rain. Morrison shared that the conditions were intense, saying, “It was over 90 degrees outside, and we were locked in a steel room with constant running water for 5 hours.” He humorously added, “It was like playing in an Ecuadorian rainforest. It played havoc with the hair!”

"Becoming" will be part of Morrison's upcoming album, titled Hollow, which is set to drop in August. The album will also feature collaborations with several notable artists, including Marilyn Manson, Dexter Holland from The Offspring, Duff McKagan of Guns N’ Roses, and rappers Chuck D, B-Real, and DMC. Hollow follows Morrison's 2024 release, The Morrison Project, which included the track "Crack Cocaine" featuring Ozzy Osbourne.

Nickelback bassist Mike Kroeger has confirmed that the band's eleventh studio album is "almost done." Yes has announced their 24th studio album, titled Aurora, set for release on June 12, 2026, via InsideOut Music/Sony Music. The legendary progressive rock band, currently led by guitarist Steve Howe, shared the news today alongside the debut of the album's title track and an accompanying animated music video.

The new record was produced by Howe and features the long-standing lineup of Geoff Downes, Jon Davison, Billy Sherwood, and Jay Schellen.
The album’s title and visual direction were inspired by early musical sketches that suggested a sense of "light and emergence," which immediately resonated with long-time collaborator and artist Roger Dean, who provided the cover art. Aurora marks the band's first studio output since their 2024 "Classic Tales Of Yes" tour and includes the nearly 14-minute epic "Countermovement." Fans can pre-order the album in several formats, including a deluxe artbook edition featuring Dolby Atmos and 5.1 Surround Sound mixes.

Despite his steadfast denials, these accusations led to a public apology from the Universal Zulu Nation in 2016. Nevertheless, his impact on global music culture remains undeniable, with his talent agency noting that "everything hip hop is today, it is because of him."

Evanescence has officially confirmed that their highly anticipated sixth studio album, titled Sanctuary, will be released on June 5, 2026, through BMG. The announcement comes after years of work, with the band sharing that they are "so damn proud of every second" of the new record. Accompanying the news is the debut of the driving new single "Who Will You Follow," which was co-produced by Zakk Cervini and former Bring Me The Horizon member Jordan Fish.

wisted Sister has officially announced their first string of performances featuring Sebastian Bach as their new lead singer. The move comes after Dee Snider stepped down from the band’s 50th-anniversary reunion plans due to health concerns, though he has reportedly given Bach his full blessing to take over the role.
