Bret Michaels Extends Invite to Poison Cover Band to Perform With Him

Bret Michaels continues to be one of the nicest guys in rock and has invited a Poison cover band to perform with him during his upcoming solo tour.

The cover band, appropriately called Shot of Poison, were competing on the E! series Clash of the Cover Bands, and while they were knocked out of competition, Michaels came through with an incredible reward anyway.

In the video below, Michael said, “To my good friends in Shot of Poison, this is your buddy Bret Michaels. First of all, I want to wish you nothing but the best tonight. I know you’re going up against tough competition, but I know you always bring it. Keeping the spirit of big arena rock rockin’! This is my gift to you — I just want to say for all your hard work and dedication to making a Poison show look incredible and everything that you do, I want to invite you to join me onstage, alright? At a Bret Michaels show, and we will do ‘Nothin’ But A Good Time’ on my ‘Nothin’ But A Good Vibe’ tour, alright? Thank you my friends. Nothing but the best.”

There’s no word yet as to when and where Shot of Poison will perform with Michaels, but it will, undoubtedly, be a good time. Here’s the cover band’s performance of the classic Poison track below.
