Bullet For My Valentine is set to kick off their biggest Australian headline tour this October. This tour celebrates the 20th anniversary of their debut album, *The Poison*, and will feature three arena shows. Joining them on the lineup are While She Sleeps and The Devil Wears Prada.
While She Sleeps will be promoting their upcoming 2024 album, *Self Hell*, and fans can expect a mix of new tracks and classic favorites during their set. The band has seen six consecutive top five debuts on the Billboard Top Hard Rock Albums Chart and will bring their latest singles to the Australian shows. They’ll be fresh off a tour supporting Alpha Wolf across Australia.
The tour begins at Melbourne’s John Cain Arena on October 15, followed by a show at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on October 16. The final performance will take place at Riverstage in Brisbane on October 18. The band expressed their excitement on Instagram, saying, “We are super excited to announce we’re coming back this October … celebrating 20 years of *The Poison*.” This album was a major milestone that launched them into stardom.
Originally, they had planned a joint tour with Trivium, but those plans fell through last May. Trivium’s bassist, Paolo Gregoletto, revealed that lead singer Matt Tuck decided not to go ahead with it.
Critics have praised Bullet For My Valentine’s live shows, and the band has sold over 3.5 million albums since their start in the late 1990s. Tickets for the tour will go on sale on August 1 at 10 a.m. local time. With a strong reputation in the music scene, Bullet For My Valentine continues to tour with top artists and perform at major festivals.
