Cage the Elephant is set to perform at the NFL Munich Game between the New England Patriots and Detroit Lions on Nov. 15 at FC Bayern Munich Arena. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. CET (9:30 a.m. ET). The performance marks one of a record seven international halftime shows hosted by the NFL this season, which also features artists such as the Jonas Brothers, Pedro Sampaio, Ricky Martin, Ayra Starr, and The Warning in cities including Melbourne, Rio de Janeiro, London, and Mexico City.
The two-time Grammy-winning band released their sixth album, Neon Pill, in 2024 and dropped the single “Beaches in Tennessee” in July. Frontman Matt Shultz expressed excitement for the high-energy stadium performance in Germany, a country where the group has played numerous shows over the years. Munich previously hosted regular-season NFL games in 2022 and 2024, with an additional game scheduled for 2028 under an agreement with FC Bayern Munich and the city.
