Josh Dun from Twenty One Pilots has shared a new drum cover of Turnstile’s song “T.L.C. (TURNSTILE LOVE CONNECTION)” on his YouTube channel. This cover joins his previous performances of Metallica’s “Master of Puppets” and Rage Against the Machine’s “Bulls on Parade.”
Dun explained his motivation for posting these covers, saying, “I want to share songs that inspire me, whether it’s a feeling or a desire to improve.” He also praised Turnstile’s drummer, Daniel Fang, calling him “a drummer worth watching to get inspired.”
Recently, Dun paid tribute to Meg White by covering “Seven Nation Army” with Twenty One Pilots, celebrating The White Stripes’ induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
Turnstile has been busy too, releasing their new album, NEVER ENOUGH, in June. The album was accompanied by a visual project that premiered at the Tribeca Festival.
Fans of both bands can look forward to more exciting content as Dun continues to share his drumming passion and Turnstile keeps pushing musical boundaries.
