Chevelle’s new album, *Bright as Blasphemy*, drops on August 15. To celebrate, they’re hitting the road with Asking Alexandria and Dead Poet Society.
“I can’t wait to get on the road again,” said Pete Loeffler in a recent interview. The band is excited about their new stage setup and production for the tour.
The album features nine songs, with “Rabbit Hole (Cowards, Pt. 1)” as the lead single. Chevelle plans to test out four new tracks during their live shows. However, choosing the right songs for each night can be tricky. “I do feel like that might be too many to throw in one set list right out of the gate,” Loeffler explained. He knows fans have different preferences—some want to hear the new music, while others are there for the classic hits.
To find the right balance, Loeffler often consults with other musicians. “It’s one of my favorite things to ask other bands that have been around: ‘How do you guys do it?’” he shared.
Fans can expect a mix of beloved hits and fresh tunes at each concert. Chevelle pays close attention to how the crowd reacts and adjusts their setlist accordingly from night to night.
The tour kicks off this week, with both Asking Alexandria and Dead Poet Society joining Chevelle at every stop across the country. Don’t miss your chance to see them live! Tickets are available now.
