Coheed and Cambria has released a new video for their song “One Last Miracle,” from their latest album, *The Father of Make Believe*. This video is a sequel to their 2019 “Toys” video, which famously ended with an animated Santa Claus spanking Donald Trump.
In “One Last Miracle,” Santa receives a letter from a child whose mother has been taken by ICE. To help the child, Santa teams up with Krampus to not only bring the mother back but also to put an end to this injustice.
Frontman Claudio Sanchez shared his thoughts on the video, saying, “The algorithm knows what bothers me.” He expressed his frustration over seeing families torn apart and children left alone while their mothers are taken away. “No political agenda is worth this twist of humanity’s moral compass,” he added. “If there is a God… I guarantee you… she doesn’t approve.”
The press release concludes with a powerful message: “It’s good to know that if Congress isn’t willing to stand up to tyranny, Santa will.”
