Dale Crover, the drummer for Melvins and former Nirvana member, has released a cover of Neil Young’s “Harvest Moon.” This release marks a special moment for Crover, as he played a younger version of Young in the music video for the original song over 30 years ago. During the shoot, he even had a mishap and crashed Neil’s car.
Crover’s new version of “Harvest Moon” is part of his EP titled Get Yer Ba-Ba’s Out. This cover also features a mash-up with the Melvins song “The Bit.” The “Harvest Moon” cover is available now, and the full EP will be released on September 4.
