The Megadeth frontman will host a conversation at the Kaufman Music Center on Sept. 8.
Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine has announced a launch event to celebrate his upcoming book, In My Darkest Hour. The event is scheduled for Sept. 8 at the Kaufman Music Center in New York City and will feature a conversation with Mustaine. Tickets include a pre-signed copy of the book, which also officially releases on Sept. 8. The memoir recounts Mustaine’s battle with throat cancer following his 2019 diagnosis and is his third book, following Mustaine: A Heavy Metal Memoir and Rust in Peace: The Inside Story of the Megadeth Masterpiece.
Additionally, Megadeth is set to begin a North American tour alongside Iron Maiden on Aug. 29. The tour is part of the band’s world farewell tour supporting their final, self-titled album.
