David Lee Roth to Rock Moorhead Venue This June with Classic Van Halen Hits

David Lee Roth is set to perform at Bluestem Amphitheater in Moorhead, Minnesota, on Wednesday, June 17, as part of the 2026 Essentia Health Concert Series. Fans can look forward to a night filled with classic Van Halen hits and some of Roth’s solo tracks. Doors will open at 5 p.m., and the music kicks off at 7 p.m.

Roth co-founded Van Halen in the 1970s and was the lead singer from their self-titled debut album in 1978 until 1984. He teamed up with guitarist Eddie Van Halen to create iconic songs and is known for his energetic stage presence and vibrant personality. Van Halen became one of the best-selling rock bands in history, selling over 80 million records worldwide. They were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2007.

After leaving Van Halen in 1985, Roth launched a successful solo career. His debut EP, “Crazy from the Heat,” along with albums like “Eat ‘Em and Smile” and “Skyscraper,” produced several hits. This 2026 tour marks his return after retirement announcements and a canceled Las Vegas farewell residency in 2021.

The Moorhead concert is the second show announced in the Essentia Health Concert Series. The first show will feature Alison Krauss & Union Station, with Jerry Douglas, on Tuesday, June 16. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 9, with prices ranging from $65.25 for lawn seating to $135.75 for reserved seats, plus fees. Roth also shared that presale begins today at 10 a.m. local time with the access code ROTHROCKS. Don’t miss out on this exciting event!
