Dee Snider was the surprise singer appearing as “The Doll” on Wednesday night’s (April 5) episode of The Masked Singer on Fox. The Twisted Sister vocalist was eliminated after performing Elvis Presley’s “Jailhouse Rock,” dressed in a bright-looking doll costume.

Any Twisted Sister fan could probably make out Snider’s vocals, but the show’s panelists didn’t. Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg guessed Iggy Pop, which was a good guess, but no cigar. Robin Thicke guessed Gene Simmons, Nicole Scherzinger thought Dee was David Lee Roth and Ken Jeong picked Austin Butler. Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg noted that she had incorrectly guessed that past masked singers were, in fact, Snider.

Dee tweeted a photo of his costume, saying, “A giant head, Gayle King’s body and 7″ pumps! Level of difficulty…an 11!!”

“I couldn’t believe you guys didn’t get it,” Dee said during his interview with host Nick Cannon. “You were circling around it. But let me tell you — Gene Simmons, Iggy Pop, no one could wear pumps like I did. And by the way, ladies, it’s like riding a bike. I wore them in the ’70s. It all came back to me once I put them on.” Ken Jeong noted that he’s seen Twisted Sister’s “We’re Not Gonna Take It” and “I Wanna Rock” videos over and over.

After the elimination, Dee treated the audience to a short a cappella version of Twisted Sister’s “We’re Not Gonna Take It.” Watch footage of Dee’s appearance and big reveal below.

Mark Zuckerberg’s Sister Shares Parody Twisted Sister Song About Crypto, Gets Roasted

It’s not every day that the sister of a billionaire parodies a rock classic, makes it about cryptocurrency and then gets torn to shreds by the internet. But Randi Zuckerberg, the sister of Meta/Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, shared the video below about crypto that’s set to the tune of Twisted Sister’s “We’re Not Gonna Take It.” She meant it to be “as a rallying cry for the women of web3,” but it’s actually just really awful to the point where I feel like this video could be a hate crime even though I know it isn’t.

Judge for yourself. (WARNING: Some NSFW language at the end of the video, if you manage to make it to the end.)

Believe it or not, this is the second parody about crypto Randi released this month! On February 17, she released a different crypto song to the tune of Adele’s “Hello.” (Yes, it’s just as cringe.)

Anyway, scroll through the list below of various reactions to the atrocious Twisted Sister parody, and yes, we, too, notice the irony of gathering reactions only from Twitter and not any of Zuck’s properties.
