Deftones Mixing New Album for 2020 Release

Deftones drummer Abe Cunningham told Mixdown magazine that the band is mixing a new album, aiming for a 2020 release. The band took their time recording new material, with Cunningham saying “We did things a little different this time. We stretched everything over the course of a couple of years.” If you need a Deftones fix until the band releases new music, they’ll be on tour with Gojira and Poppy this summer.
