Disturbed’s lead singer, David Draiman, tied the knot with Sarah Uli on Sunday, November 16, in a beautiful outdoor ceremony in Florida. The next day, Draiman shared photos from the wedding on his Instagram, expressing his gratitude: “Married! Thanks so much to everyone who was a part of this amazing day!” Following the wedding, Sarah changed her Instagram handle to Sarah Draiman.
Earlier that day, Draiman hinted at the special occasion by posting a photo from a group dinner, saying, “Marrying this goddess today.” The couple got engaged just six months prior, when Draiman proposed to Uli onstage during a concert in Sacramento, California, on May 9. This moment took place between songs during the band’s The Sickness 25th Anniversary Tour.
Draiman publicly announced his relationship with Uli in January 2024. His previous marriage to model Lena Yada ended in April 2023 after 11 years, and they share a son, Samuel Bear Isamu Draiman, born in 2013.
Sarah Uli brings over 12 years of experience in marketing and sales to the table. She holds a Business degree from Bryan College and has been working as an account executive at eSpeakers since 2023.
As for the band, they are taking a break from touring. Draiman mentioned on social media in late October that they would rest after their European tour dates. He expressed appreciation for everyone involved in the tour, saying, “Not sure when we will be headed back out. We all need a nice long break. Hope to see you when we do.”
