Disturbed is celebrating a big milestone on Spotify. Their iconic song “Down with the Sickness” and their cover of “The Sound of Silence” have both joined the Spotify Billions Club, which honors songs with over 1 billion streams. “Down with the Sickness” is from their debut album, The Sickness, released in 2000. The cover of “The Sound of Silence” comes from their 2015 album, Immortalized.
In an Instagram post, the band expressed their gratitude, saying, “Eternal gratitude goes out to all of our fans for hitting play. Thank you, Disturbed Ones.” Their latest album, Divisive, was released in 2022, and they also dropped a single titled “I Will Not Break” in 2025.
