Dream Theater has announced a graphic novel to go along with their latest album, *Parasomnia*. This book, published by Z2 Comics, dives deeper into the themes of the album, exploring the thin line between waking life and dreams.
Guitarist John Petrucci shared his excitement about the project, saying, “Working with the Z2 Comics team on this collaboration has been amazing. It’s inspiring to see different artists interpret the songs from *Parasomnia* in their own unique ways.”
Petrucci praised the talented writers and artists involved, noting the incredible variety of graphic styles showcased in the book. He believes fans of the band, as well as anyone who appreciates creative storytelling, will enjoy this dark and intriguing journey through the world of *Parasomnia*.
The album was released in February and marks the return of founding drummer Mike Portnoy, who has been with the band since 2009. Dream Theater will perform *Parasomnia* in its entirety during their upcoming U.S. tour, which kicks off in September.
