Amy Lee, the frontwoman of the band, has exciting news for fans: they are set to release a new album in spring 2026. This will be the band’s first full studio project since their last album, *The Bitter Truth*, came out in 2021.
In a recent interview, Lee confirmed the timeline when asked about the album’s release. “Next year,” she said, agreeing that spring sounds like a good target. She added, “I have a few more lyrics to write, but it’s going very well, and I’m really excited about it.”
Lee shared more details about the album during the Louder Than Life festival in Louisville, Kentucky. She mentioned that the band has been working hard on new music. “We have a lot of songs in progress and we’re looking to release our new album at the beginning of next year,” she explained. However, she clarified that early 2026 doesn’t mean January. The band is already deep into the creative process. “I think we have all the songs that are gonna be on it at least started,” she said, describing the current phase as one of fine-tuning and lyric writing.
This year, the band released two singles, one featured in the Netflix series *Devil May Cry*, and another with guest artist K.Flay. Lee also collaborated with Poppy and Courtney LaPlante from Spiritbox on a track that was named Best Metal Song of 2025.
Fans can look forward to hearing these new tracks live when the band hits the road in 2026. They will tour North America from early June to early August, with Spiritbox and Nova Twins opening for them. UK and European shows will follow in September, featuring Poppy, Nova Twins, and K.Flay at select venues. Stay tuned for more updates on the album and tour!
