Look to the sky before you start Gears of War: E-Day—because one of the game’s new weapon skins is inspired by Metallica’s 1984 album Ride the Lightning. The multiplayer trailer for Gears of War: E-Day also uses the Ride the Lightning track “For Whom the Bell Tolls.” You can watch the trailer on YouTube.
Gears of War: E-Day launches Oct. 6 for Xbox Series X/S and Windows. Preorders give early access to the open beta starting Aug. 6.
