Grammy nominated activists FEVER 333 brought their D333MONSTRATIONS 2019 Tour, a solo run of U.S. headline tour dates, to the TLA on South Street in Philadelphia, PA last week. The show started with political type videos playing on a sheet hiding the stage, once the make shift “screen” was removed, a figure with a black sack on his head was standing there, the figure removed the sack to reveal himself as frontman Jason Butler.  Jason, guitarist Stephen Harrison, and drummer Aric Improta immediately started the first song of the night “Burnt It” and with that the show and the energy immediately was at a 10 for the next hour and 20 minutes.   At one point during the show, Butler mentioned that the first time they played in Philly only 80 people showed up so he was glad to see that more that 80 tickets were sold for this one.  If Fever 333 come through your town, do not miss their show, they are one of the best live bands performs today!

Earlier this year, FEVER 333 shared an official music video for “One Of Us,” which is featured on their acclaimed Roadrunner/333 Wreckords Crew debut LP, STRENGTH IN NUMB333RS.  The video, which is directed by FEVER 333 vocalist Jason Aalon Butler and Djay Brauner, sees the band demonstrating alongside allies on the streets of downtown Los Angeles as they march towards City Hall. The video, which features fans holding personalized protest signs, was filmed just days after FEVER 333 celebrated the release of STRENGTH IN NUMB333RS by marching alongside the United Teachers of Los Angeles in support of their strike.

STRENGTH IN NUMB333RS is available at all DSPs with exclusive bundles available at FEVER 333’s webstore.  $3.33 from the sale of each album bundle will be donated to the Walking In My Shoes Foundation started by the band’s own Jason Aalon Butler. The foundation benefits organizations that generate empathy, understanding and change in the communities they serve including Movement Voter Project – Black Voter Fund, United For A Fair Economy, and Mijente Support Committee.
