This achievement marks the band’s 16th #1 hit on the chart and extends their record of consecutive #1s to 12. Since “Sham Pain” topped the chart, every official radio single from Five Finger Death Punch has reached the top spot.
With this latest success, Five Finger Death Punch now holds the third-most #1 hits in the history of Mainstream Rock Airplay, which started in 1981. Shinedown leads with 20 #1 hits, followed closely by Three Days Grace with 19.
“I Refuse” is a refreshed version of the 2018 song of the same name. This new take is part of their upcoming compilation, Best Of – Volume 1, and features Maria Brink from In This Moment. Fans can look forward to more great music from the band as they continue to dominate the rock scene.
