Foo Fighters have dropped “Under You,” the second track preview from their upcoming album But Here We Are.
A press release describes “Under You” as ” … an aggressively melodic punk-tinged earworm sure to join its predecessor in massive summer singalongs on the band’s upcoming tour dates.”
But Here We Are comes out on June 2. Fans can pre-save the album on digital platforms here, while physical copies and album-exclusive merch can be pre-ordered at Shop.FooFighters.com.

In addition to the release of “Under You,” Foo Fighters have also shared details about their upcoming livestream event Foo Fighters: Preparing Music For Concerts. The livestream will emanate from their studio/rehearsal space Studio 606 on Sunday, May 21 at 3 PM EST/12 PM PST. The livestream is free and can be watched at FooFighters.Veeps.com.
Preparing Music For Concerts promises to be a very unique livestream where some of the tracks off of But Here We Are will be performed live for the first time. “Exclusive behind the scenes footage and a few surprises” are also planned for the livestream.
Veeps CEO and Founder Joel Madden said in a statement on the livestream, “Shows like this don’t happen every day. To take this moment to gather fans worldwide, to give people an opportunity to share in the experience no matter where they are, is a gift. Having a place to make these moments accessible is why we built Veeps and we’re honored to be trusted with delivering this incredible show for Foo Fighters and all of their fans.”
Foo Fighters have a busy spring and summer full of both festival and solo shows. The band’s first show of 2023 is set for May 24 in Gilford, NH. The Foos have yet to announce a new drummer following the untimely passing of Taylor Hawkins in March 2022.
