There is plenty of Foo Fighters news to get to, so let’s not waste any time.
Just after midnight today (December 3), the band shared a preview to their upcoming horror film Studio 666. As previously reported, the film will hit theaters on February 25, and it finds the Foos playing themselves in a dramatic recreation of the making of their latest album Medicine at Midnight. Dave Grohl said in an interview back in March that the band rented a house in Encino, Calif. that was made into a recording studio and that the house was supposedly haunted.
Tickets are now on sale at Studio666Movie.com where fans can find a theater near them screening the film.

In other Foo-related news: Grohl and producer Greg Kurstin have released their fifth cover as part of the 2021 installment of “The Hanukkah Sessions.”
Their latest cover is of the Amy Winehouse song “Take The Box,” and it features Grohl’s daughter, Violet, on lead vocals.
Per the cover’s YouTube description, “Despite this song’s mention of a ‘Moschino bra you bought me last Christmas,’ it’s common knowledge that the amazing woman behind the song was actually Jewish. Gone far too soon…Ms. Amy Winehouse and ‘Take The Box.’”
