Foo Fighters have announced a special performance on the Irish TV show Other Voices. The show will air on April 6 at 4:30 p.m. ET on RTÉ2 and will be available to stream worldwide on the RTÉ Player. The band recorded the set in February at St. James’ Church in Dingle, Ireland. Fans can expect to hear songs from their upcoming album, Your Favorite Toy, which is set to release on April 24.
After the TV special, Foo Fighters will perform a one-off show in Bridgeport, Connecticut, on April 28. They will also headline the Welcome to Rockville and BottleRock Napa festivals in May. Later this year, they will kick off a full North American stadium tour in August.
In a recent interview, frontman Dave Grohl opened up about the loss of drummer Taylor Hawkins in 2022. He shared, “Losing Taylor was never meant to be. That threw our world upside down and made me question everything about life.” Grohl continues to process this loss and its impact on the band.
