In a meeting of generations, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg’s new ad for their Still G.I.N. drink features music legends Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr. The video is a collaboration between Still G.I.N.’s creative agency, Rosewood Creative, director Dave Meyers, and the generative AI company Metaphysic.

The 90-second ad, titled “Still G.I.N. For Everybody: A Toast Between Legends,” begins with Dre and Snoop entering an old-school, glamorous nightclub. The camera then pans to Davis and Sinatra at the bar, who are impressed by the style of the “new gangsters” in town. The four introduce themselves before Davis asks, “so what’s your pleasure? What are you guys drinking?” Of course, Snoop replies, “Gin,” before Dre adds, “Still G.I.N.” Sinatra enthusiastically orders Still G.I.N. for the whole club, and the commercial concludes with a toast.

The Still G.I.N. team has shared that they worked with the Sinatra and Davis estates in representing the late stars. “To see Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg alongside my dad and Sammy Davis Jr. in such a revolutionary way is both thrilling and surreal,” Sinatra’s daughter, Tina Sinatra, told People Magazine. “It’s a celebration of timeless artistry, breaking barriers, and the enduring legacy of collaboration across generations.”

Still G.I.N is the second product from the joint partnership between Dre and Snoop, which first launched in February. The name references Dre’s 2001 single “Still D.R.E.,” which featured Snoop. Their first product also had a musical name; Gin & Juice By Dre and Snoop is the brand’s sparkling gin-based cocktail.

When they’re not making gin, the duo are currently working on Snoop’s upcoming 20th studio album, Missionary, produced by Dre. The album is set to have a lengthy list of big name collaborators, including Eminem, Jelly Roll, Sting, 50 Cent, and many more.

Order Snoop Dogg’s Missionary now.
