Dan Marsala, the lead singer of Story of the Year, has joined forces with Your Broken Hero to cover the classic Goo Goo Dolls song “Iris.” Known for its powerful lyrics like “You bleed just to know you’re alive,” “Iris” is getting a hardcore twist with Marsala and Matt Cutshall delivering intense vocals. Originally released in 1998, the song has just been nominated for Best Throwback Song at the 2026 American Music Awards.
