The documentary Unleashed Spirits: The Rise of the Hollywood Vampires will premiere as the opening night film at the 42nd Boston Film Festival on Sept. 18 at the Boch Center Wang Theatre. Following the screening, band members Alice Cooper, Joe Perry, and Tommy Henriksen will take part in a Q&A session. Executive produced by Ernie Boch Jr., the film explores how a secret 1970s drinking club led by Cooper inspired the modern supergroup, which also features actor Johnny Depp.
The Boston Film Festival runs from Sept. 17 through Sept. 21. Tickets for the world premiere screening and VIP packages—which include an opening night after-party—start at $25 and are available on bostonfilmfestival.org and bochcenter.org.
