Interpol has released a new song called “Iron City.” It’s from their upcoming album This Mirror Weighs a Ton. The opening line nods to their hometown: “Alone in Central Park when/ Nothing seems to happen.”
This Mirror Weighs a Ton is Interpol’s eighth album. It arrives Aug. 28 and follows 2022’s The Other Side of Make-Believe. “Iron City” is the third preview track, after “See Out Loud” and the title song.
Interpol starts a U.S. tour on July 31 in Denver. Fans can expect more new music and live shows as the album release approaches.
