Iron Maiden’s concert at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles has been rescheduled to the next day due to a conflict with a college football game. The show was originally set for September 26, but it now will take place on September 27. The change was necessary because the USC Trojans are playing the Oregon Ducks at the nearby Memorial Coliseum on the same day.
Maiden’s manager, Rod Smallwood, expressed surprise at the situation. “We were completely shocked when we were told about this unique situation affecting our sold-out LA show,” he said. “We worked with Live Nation, and instead of canceling, we were able to move the show to the following night.”
Smallwood also acknowledged the inconvenience for fans. “We are naturally mortified at the issues this causes for our fans who hold tickets, but sadly, there was no other option than to move the show.”
Iron Maiden will still perform at BMO Stadium on September 25, and that date remains unchanged. These LA shows are part of Iron Maiden’s “Run for Your Lives” tour, celebrating the band’s 50th anniversary and focusing on their first nine albums. Fans can look forward to an unforgettable experience!
