Iron Maiden has announced an exciting tour to celebrate their 50th anniversary, featuring some of the biggest shows of their career across North America. The band will perform in stadiums and major amphitheaters in the United States and Canada, including a headlining show at the Highland Festival Grounds in Kentucky on September 17, 2026.
This tour, titled “Run for Your Lives,” promises fans a chance to experience a brand new, state-of-the-art production. The shows will feature huge outdoor stages and a special setlist that includes songs from the band’s first nine groundbreaking albums.
Iron Maiden is eager to hit the road. They expressed their excitement, saying, “We are greatly looking forward to bringing this tour to North America and hope the fans enjoy the show and setlist as much as we do.” The band is also thrilled to have special guests joining them, including Anthrax, who toured with them in 2016.
Vocalist Bruce Dickinson shared his enthusiasm, stating, “This whole tour has been such great fun. I really enjoy belting out all these great old songs.” Fans can expect to hear tracks from the band’s early years, along with some songs that haven’t been played in over 20 years.
This tour marks 45 years since Iron Maiden first visited Canada and the USA during the 1981 Killer World Tour. Manager Rod Smallwood noted that the scale of this tour deserves larger venues to showcase the incredible visual aspects.
Fans are encouraged to keep their phones away during the shows to fully enjoy the experience. The tour will stop in cities like Harrison, NJ; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; and Hershey, PA. For ticket information and dates, check the band’s official site.
