A long-talked about biopic about the early years of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s relationship is making some steps forward according to Jack Osbourne.
In a new interview on Jamey Jasta’s “The Jasta Show,” Jack said, “There is absolutely things in motion right now to make that a reality. I think in the next few months, you’ll probably see something coming up about it. But we haven’t landed anywhere yet. So, fingers crossed.”
As for if Jack would be in said biopic, he responded with, “I think the time period we would do it in, I would be a child in it. I wouldn’t be so heavily featured. It’s going to be more about my mom and dad making their way through the world. I would be in the background just being annoying.”
Talk of an Ozzy/Sharon biopic first surfaced back in July 2018 when Sharon mentioned the film in an interview with Variety. At that time, the film was going to center around when they first met and their polar opposite upbringings. “It’s definitely going to be a tearjerker,” said Sharon. “It’s not going to be a sex-and-drugs movie at all. Ozzy is so much more than that. I would hate to be a cliche.”
