Jimmy Eat World Marks 25 Years of ‘Bleed American’ Album Anniversary

Jimmy Eat World is set to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their iconic album, *Bleed American*, with three special shows in the UK this August 2026. The Arizona rock band will perform the album in its entirety for the first time in front of UK audiences.

The tour kicks off on August 14 at The Piece Hall in Halifax, followed by a show at Cardiff Castle on August 15, and wrapping up at Gunnersbury Park in London on August 16. Fans can look forward to a mix of rarities and hits from the band’s entire catalog, along with a bigger production than previous tours.

Lead singer Jim Adkins shared his thoughts on the album, saying, “When we printed the last mix of *Bleed American*, we felt like we had achieved something great for ourselves. We are still in awe of the life the record and songs have had since their original release.” The album has earned Platinum certification in the US and Gold in the UK, playing a key role in bringing alternative rock into the mainstream in the early 2000s. Many bands, including Fall Out Boy and Paramore, have cited it as a major influence.

Earlier this year, Jimmy Eat World performed at Download Festival and toured North America with The Offspring. They also appeared at several other festivals, including Sonic Temple and Furnace Fest. The band is currently working on new music in the studio.

Artist presale for tickets starts today at 10 a.m. GMT. General tickets will be available to the public on Friday, December 5, at 10 a.m. GMT through Ticketmaster and Live Nation. Don’t miss your chance to see this legendary album live!
