She shared her heartfelt message on her Instagram Story, saying, “I’ve sat down to write this a hundred times and still don’t know if the words will ever feel like enough…but from the bottom of my heart, thank you.”
Kelly went on to say that the love and kind messages she received have helped her through this incredibly tough time. “Every kind word, every shared memory, every bit of compassion has meant more than I can ever explain,” she wrote.
She also shared her feelings about grief, saying, “It sneaks up on you in waves. I will not be OK for a while, but knowing my family is not alone in our pain makes a difference. I’m holding on tight to the love, the light, and the legacy left behind. Thank you for being there. I love you all so much.” She ended her message with the hashtags #BirminghamForever and #OzzyForever.
Ozzy Osbourne passed away at the age of 76 on July 22. His cause of death was confirmed as a heart attack, with contributing factors including coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease. His daughter, Aimée Osbourne, submitted his death certificate to a registry in London.
Before his passing, Ozzy had performed at a major concert event, marking his final solo performance and the last show with the original lineup of Black Sabbath. Fans around the world continue to celebrate his incredible legacy in music.
