Ken Carson Announces New Album ‘A Great Chaos’

Ken Carson has announced the release and pre-order of his long-awaited album, A Great Chaos. Ken Carson has been teasing fans with tantalizing glimpses of his upcoming album for quite some time, leaving fans hungry for more.

Now they can finally immerse themselves in his latest creative journey with the release set for next Friday, October 13. The album will be released courtesy of OPIUM/Interscope Records.

Last year the electrifying artist released his label debut album, X, which was equal parts enigmatic and experimental as he carved out his own space in the industry. On the project he showcased more versatility than ever before while honing the signature sound that propelled him to prominence. The project received notice from Complex, Pitchfork, HipHopDX, and other taste making outlets, and debuted on the Billboard 200.

2023 has been a whirlwind for Ken Carson. He continued to build his fan base by performing at major festivals including Bonnaroo, Wireless, Rolling Loud, Lollapalooza, and more. He was featured on Amazon’s AMP “The Come Up: The Next Generation Of Hip-Hop Coming Out Of ATL” where he was highlighted on the cover of VIBE Magazine, and most recently his breakout hit “Yale” off his 2020 EP Teen X, was certified Gold by the RIAA.

This marks the first such honor for an Opium signee, and confirms what fans have long known: “Yale” is an unforgettable song, a pure distillation of what makes Carson such an inimitable artist.

Next month, Ken is set to head on tour with his Opium label-mates on Playboi Carti’s “ANTAGONIST Tour.” The international leg kicks off in Dublin on November 19 before the US run kicking off in January 2024. With A Great Chaos, Ken is set to reach new heights as he continues to push the boundaries of creativity and capture the hearts of fans worldwide.

Pre-order A Great Chaos.
