Lady A is hitting the road just in time for the holiday season! The band, known for their hit “Need You Now,” has announced their first-ever Christmas tour. The This Winter’s Night Tour will bring festive cheer to fans over 12 nights this December. They’ll perform in cities across the U.S., including Atlanta, Jacksonville, and Welch, Minnesota. The tour will wrap up with three special nights at Nashville’s famous Ryman Auditorium.
Tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, July 18. This announcement comes alongside the release of their new Christmas album, On This Winter’s Night Vol. 2, set to drop on September 26. This album is nearly 13 years after their first Christmas collection. Fans can expect a mix of holiday classics and original songs. The first volume featured favorites like “Christmas Through Your Eyes” and “On This Winter’s Night.”
Lead vocalist Hillary Scott shared, “We have been in such a season of family, and that’s what Christmas is all about.” She hopes the new album and tour will help families celebrate the holiday spirit with joy and gratitude.
To promote the tour, the band released a fun video. They playfully acknowledge the irony of announcing a Christmas tour in the summer. In the clip, they sing a twist on “‘Twas The Night Before Christmas” while enjoying a sunny day by the pool.
