Lenny Kravitz shared some big news on social media about how he’s working on three albums. Of course, that news may have gotten lost in his ridiculous abs.
Kravitz shared the photos below along with the caption, “2:37pm. Good morning. All nighter in the studio last night. 3 albums on the horizon. Going back in. Love.”

Seriously…that shot on the left?! C’mon now! Oh, and BTW, if you’re currently wondering out loud how old Kravitz is, he turned 57 in May. Fifty…freakin’…SEVEN!
Understandably, many were stunned by his incredible physique, including a number of celebrities. Dwayne Johnson commented, “My brotha. Inspiring. #ohana.” Arsenio Hall, meanwhile, wrote, “I hate when my friends hack a photo and put their head …on my body! #comeonfam.”
The best comment, however, may have come from Channing Tatum who said, “Good god man! What are you eating or what’s in the water or the genes. It’s not natural. Do you just do abs like all day?” (It should be noted that Tatum is currently dating Zoe Kravitz, Lenny’s daughter with the also ridiculously hot Lisa Bonet.
As for how Kravitz stays in remarkable shape, Men’s Health notes, “When it comes to training his famous abs, one of Kravitz’s go-to moves is the hanging knee raise, but he also subscribes to the idea that abs are made in the kitchen, and he tends to stick to a raw vegetable-based diet.”
Oh, and in case you were wondering, Kravitz’s last album, Raise Vibration, was released in September 2018, so it’s been a minute since we’ve heard from him.
