Little Big Town To Release Career-Spanning Greatest Hits Record

Grammy Award-winning four piece Little Big Town are celebrating their 25th anniversary with the release of their first-ever Greatest Hits album out August 9th, 2024. The group’s picks from an extensive, decades-spanning catalogue will be compiled as one definitive body of work, including Grammy Award-winning songs such as “Pontoon,” “Boondocks,” and “Better Man,” alongside fan favorites like “Girl Crush.”

“As we embark on the next 25 years of Little Big Town, we wanted to reflect back on our catalogue and really honor the songs that have had the greatest impact throughout this incredible journey,” shares Little Big Town. “This Greatest Hits album was carefully curated by all four of us and is a love letter to our fans who have been there for every reason.”

In addition to the classic versions of the tracks, Greatest Hits will include new duets with superstars on a handful of fan favorite songs. Alongside the album announcement the group have shared a new version of their 2011 hit, “Shut Up Train,” featuring Kelsea Ballerini.

Of the collaboration, the group shared: “Kelsea is a dear friend of ours and has been telling us for years that “Shut Up Train” is one of her favorite album cuts. When we asked her to add her voice to the song, we were blown away by the nuances she added. She made this song all the more special.”

Other duets on the album include a new version of 2010’s platinum single “Little White Church” featuring Miranda Lambert and a cover of Phil Collins’ “Take Me Home” featuring Sugarland.

Little Big Town will hit the road with Sugarland on their Take Me Home tour this fall. The tour kicks off on October 24th in Greenville, SC, and will continue across American cities including Buffalo, NY, Kansas City, MO, and Austin, TX before finishing up in Nashville, TN.
