Strong Fan Demand Fuels Record Quarter for Live Nation

Los Angeles, Nov. 4, 2025 – Live Nation is celebrating another record quarter, thanks to strong fan demand. The company is attracting more fans to shows around the world. As we head into 2026, there’s a double-digit increase in our large venue show pipeline, and ticket sales are looking good.

Michael Rapino, President and CEO, said, “We’re investing in new venues to grow the market, create jobs, and give artists more ways to connect with fans. This puts us on track for strong growth in operating income and adjusted operating income this year and in the years to come.”

Key Highlights:
– Revenue reached $8.5 billion, up 11%.
– Operating income rose to $793 million, up 24%.
– Adjusted operating income (AOI) hit $1.03 billion, up 14%.
– We saw a record number of stadium shows, up 60% globally.
– Fan spending at our venues is strong, with amphitheater sales up 8% and major festivals up 6% year-to-date.
– Ticketing AOI grew by 21%, driven by a 12% increase in gross transaction value.
– Sponsorship AOI increased by 14%, thanks to new partnerships.
