Lzzy Hale is working with noted hit-maker Desmond Child on some new music.

Child shared this news via social media writing, “HALE TO THE QUEEN OF ROCK! No not me… the gorgeous and brilliant @officiallzzyhale from the band @halestormrocks. Lzzy is not only an incredible singer and guitarist… she is an accomplished inspired songwriter. We are coming up with some great music together. FUN!”

Whether this music is for an upcoming Halestorm project or something else is currently unknown, but Child has co-written a number of massive rock hits for the likes of Aerosmith (“Angel,” “Dude (Looks Like a Lady,” “What It Takes,” “Crazy”), Bon Jovi (“You Give Love a Bad Name,” “Livin’ on a Prayer,” “Bad Medicine”) and Joan Jett & the Blackhearts (“I Hate Myself For Loving You.”)
