The Floor 13 edition is accompanied by a new video for “I Think I’m Okay (Sad Version).” Directed by frequent MGK collaborator Sam Cahill, the visual features behind-the-scenes footage of MGK and YUNGBLUD dating back to the creation of Hotel Diablo.
Originally released in 2019, Hotel Diablo is MGK’s fourth album. It debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200. Hotel Diablo followed the 2018 Binge EP, which was led by the single “Rap Devil.” In 2020, Machine Gun Kelly shifted towards pop-punk on Tickets to My Downfall, a collaboration with Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, who performed on Hotel Diablo’s “I Think I’m Okay.” The album included features from Halsey, Trippie Redd, Blackbear, and more. It debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, a first for MGK. Earlier this year, MGK and Trippie Redd released the collaborative EP Genre: Sadboy.
MGK will celebrate the Hotel Diablo anniversary at his 27 Club Coffee Shop in Cleveland, Ohio where themed specials celebrating the album will be available alongside exclusive commemorative merchandise.
Recently, Machine Gun Kelly has been capturing intimate performances from his Cheshire Cottage home. Those special recordings include a cover of country singer-songwriter Zach Bryan’s “Sun To Me” as well as a live version of “BMXXing” made with Barker.
