Marilyn Manson has announced his new album, titled *One Assassination Under God – Chapter 2*. This will be his 13th studio album, set to release on August 14. It follows his previous album, *One Assassination Under God – Chapter 1*, which came out in 2024. The lead single, “Exit Wound,” is available now, along with a music video on YouTube.
In a Facebook post, Manson expressed his excitement, saying, “I am proud to give you the second chapter of One Assassination Under God. This completes my story.” He added, “I used each stone that was thrown at me to sharpen my edges. I outgrew purgatory and carved these songs into the skin of the world. As you listen, I hope it forms a scar that you cannot forget.”
*One Assassination Under God – Chapter 1* was Manson’s first album after facing serious allegations from his ex-fiancée, Evan Rachel Wood, in 2021. Other women also came forward with accusations, and he is currently dealing with a lawsuit from his former assistant, Ashley Walters. Manson has denied all allegations, and an investigation by the Los Angeles County district attorney was closed in 2025.
Manson will kick off a U.S. tour with Rob Zombie in August. He also has two shows planned in Los Angeles this fall to celebrate the 30th anniversary of his iconic album, *Antichrist Superstar*.
