Maynard James Keenan is opening a new restaurant. Queen B Sushi will open Sept. 4 in Cottonwood, Arizona, next to his Queen B Vinyl Café. Keenan says Chef Brett Vibber will lead the spot, joined by Chefs Thomas Kato and Sher Chase. The place aims to deliver high-quality sushi from day one. Outside music, Keenan also works in winemaking and trains jiujitsu. His latest record with Puscifer, Normal Isn’t, came out in February.
