MADE IN AMERICA, the JAY-Z curated two-day music festival and staple of Labor Day Weekend, returns to Philadelphia for a eighth year.

A primary goal of MADE IN AMERICA is to have a positive impact on the communities involved. Since the inaugural two-day concert in 2012, the event has generated $31.9 million in economic impact for the city. This year, the festival, produced by Roc Nation, will continue to benefit the ACLU of Pennsylvania as well as United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.

Roc Nation and Made in America Festival invited citizens to submit an art concept for the opportunity to design and paint a letter in the CAUSE VILLAGE Sign which will be displayed on the Parkway at the 2019 festival.

CAUSE VILLAGE is the festival’s social action which includes over 60 charities and activist organizations representing causes such as education, social welfare, voter registration, animal welfare, homeless, arts & culture, civil rights, etc. which are just a few who have been active with the festival since 2012. Annually the average of over 15,000 actions are taken towards these causes over the two-day festival.
