Mick Jagger is estimated to be worth $500 million. While the Rolling Stones frontman has eight children, they may not see a cent.
Jagger recently spoke with The Wall Street Journal and said of his fortune, ” … The children don’t need $500 million to live well. Come on.” Instead, he alluded to his money being dispersed to various charities, saying, “You maybe do some good in the world.”
Jagger isn’t the first musician to say their children won’t receive a major inheritance one day. In 2014, Sting told The Daily Mail that his children already know they won’t be getting a ton of money once he’s gone.
“They have to work,” said Sting. “All my kids know that and they rarely ask me for anything, which I really respect and appreciate.”

As previously reported, other guests on Hackney Diamonds include Paul McCartney, original Stones bassist Bill Wyman and Elton John. McCartney plays on “Bite My Head Off,” while Wyman and John play bass and piano, respectively, on “Live by the Sword.”
