Modest Mouse has announced their new album, titled *An Eraser and a Maze*, set to release on June 5. This will be their eighth studio album and follows 2021’s *The Golden Casket*. Frontman Isaac Brock shared, “For this one, I turned off my filter and just let it all happen.”
The album features the previously released track “Look How Far…” and a new song called “Picking Dragons’ Pockets,” which is available now. In addition to the album, Modest Mouse will embark on a U.S. headlining tour starting September 16 in Clearwater, Florida, and wrapping up on October 23 in Sacramento, California. They will also perform two shows in Seattle on July 10 and July 11.
Presales for tickets begin Wednesday at 10 a.m. local time for members of the Modest Mouse Ice Cream Party fan club, with general sales starting Friday at 10 a.m. local time. For more details on tour dates and ticket information, visit ModestMouse.com.
