Motörhead Releases New Video for Cover of Metallica’s ‘Enter Sandman’

Motörhead released a cover of Metallica’s “Enter Sandman” in 1988. About 25 years later, the band released a new video of the cover.

Embedded below is the new animated video for Motörhead’s take on the Metallica classic. Per a press release, the video was produced by Mulberry Creative. The video’s premise finds a young child dealing with terrifying nightmare creatures, and he’s eventually saved by Motörhead’s “Warpig.”

The “Enter Sandman” was first released as part of a compilation album for the wrestling promotion ECW. The compilation appropriately featured noted roster member The Sandman on the cover. Motörhead’s cover is now available on all major streaming services here.
