Nikki Sixx is currently on tour with Motley Crue in South America, but he shared a cute video from back home of his 3-year-old daughter.
In the video, Sixx’s daughter Ruby is sitting in her booster seat, presumably while her mother, Courtney Bingham, is driving. Playing in the car is the Crue classic “Wild Side,” and Ruby doesn’t miss a beat singing along to the tune. Sixx captioned the video, “Meanwhile, back in America, Ruby is singing her favorite song.”
Fun fact: Sixx told USA Today in February 2019 he had a vasectomy in 2007 after he divorced his second wife, Donna D’Errico. He married Bingham in 2014, and then the couple decided to have a child. Sixx was posed with an interesting decision: Get a vasectomy reversal or have a “sperm-retrieval procedure.” The bassist opted for the latter, with Bingham being artificially inseminated.
Sixx said, “They just had to take it out of me – that’s no party getting your (testicles) cut open. Getting your (testicles) cut open is like being in Motley Crue in 1987. It’s the same feeling.”
There’s only one word to describe that analogy: Yikes!
