NIN performs at The Met in Philly

Originally shot for 93.3 WMMR in Philadelphia.

The crowd at The Met was buzzing on May 24 as Nine Inch Nails delivered an unforgettable industrial-rock night.

They kicked off with “Home,” jumping straight into high-energy mode before tearing through intense tracks like “The Beginning Of The End,” “March Of The Pigs,” and “Piggy.” The energy was nonstop—NIN kept the mood dark and electric, blending raw power with tight musicianship.

Midway through, Trent slowed it down for moody tracks “The Lovers” and “Copy Of A,” before blasting back into heavy territory with “Even Deeper,” “Survivalism,” and “Shit Mirror.”  The crowd was locked in—singing, headbanging, and absorbed in every shift of tone.

By the time they reached “The Hand That Feeds” and “Head Like a Hole,” the theater was rocking hard. There was something special about seeing those classics in a smaller venue like The Met—it felt personal and electrifying.

The encore brought deeper fan favorites like “Help Me I Am In Hell,” “Happiness In Slavery,” and “And All That Could Have Been,” ending on the emotional punch of “Hurt.” Finishing with that song left the room hushed, then exploding in cheers.

Trent and the band were tight—minimal stage chatter, maximum intensity. Lighting pulsed with the music, and the sound mix was clear: every synth, guitar screech, and drum thump hit hard without being muddy.

This wasn’t just another concert—it was a raw, focused, and powerful Nine Inch Nails experience. Philly got a show that was dark, loud, and deeply moving—and a reminder of why NIN remains one of the most thrilling live acts around.
