Noel Gallagher and Chris Robinson, once feuding bandmates, share a call for Rock Hall induction

The 2026 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame nominees feature two bands with a history of brotherly feuds: Oasis and The Black Crowes. After the nominations were announced on Wednesday, Chris Robinson of The Black Crowes reached out to Oasis’ Noel Gallagher. “I told Noel that if we both get in, he’s buying dinner,” Chris shared.

However, their conversation quickly shifted from the Rock Hall to soccer. Chris said, “We instantly got to talking about [soccer].”

Oasis, which split in 2009, reunited in 2024 when Noel and his estranged brother, Liam Gallagher, decided to put their differences aside. The Black Crowes also reunited in 2019 after Chris and his brother, Rich Robinson, resolved their long-standing issues.

Liam Gallagher, on the other hand, has been vocal about his lack of enthusiasm for the Rock Hall. He expressed his feelings in a recent social media post, saying, “I’m just not feeling this RnR hall of fame thing is that a f crime.” This sentiment dates back to when Oasis was nominated in 2024 and 2025.

The 2026 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees will be announced in April, with the induction ceremony set for the fall. Stay tuned for more updates!
